About
Whether you need a full-body workout to break out of a routine or a new challenge to keep you motivated, Rooted Legacy Thai Boxing offers Muay Thai training tailored to you. Our classes cover pad work, conditioning drills and technique, and we welcome beginners as well as experienced fighters.
Coaches take the time to explain and demonstrate each move in detail, so students of any age and fitness level can build skill and confidence at their own pace. Our gym is kept clean and well organized, and our atmosphere is friendly and encouraging from the first class onward.
Many members tell us they leave each session feeling stronger, more energized and accomplished. We serve Martinez and the surrounding communities of Contra Costa County, and we'd love to help you find a training routine you enjoy.
