About
At Element ATA Martial Arts, we help families in Martinez and across Contra Costa County build confidence, focus and strength through Taekwondo classes for kids and adults. Our training goes beyond kicks and forms, with a strong focus on respect, honesty, leadership and bully prevention.
Our instructors are patient and skilled, and they adapt well to each student, from young children just starting out to parents training alongside their kids. Many of our families have seen real growth in their children's focus, motor skills and self-assurance, and adults often rediscover their strength and agility.
When classes moved online, we kept every student engaged with live training, so the community stayed connected throughout.
