About
Gentle attention, deep relaxation, and a sense of being truly heard: that's what we offer at Ritual Body Therapy, a craniosacral therapy practice in Grand Lake, Oakland, serving clients across Oakland and the East Bay. We work with your body's own innate ability to heal, holding space so that your body can reveal what it needs rather than imposing an agenda.
Our sessions are subtle, grounding, and deep, and many clients leave feeling clear-minded, calm, and regulated well beyond the appointment itself. We bring warmth, curiosity, and attunement to every session, responding to whatever you bring into the room.
Our approach works with the whole body, mind, and spirit rather than isolated parts, and we're happy to guide you toward new insights about yourself.
