About
Petaluma and Sonoma County yoga students turn to Renew Yoga for yoga classes that connect body, breath and spirit in a welcoming community. Our studio sits in a historic building with distressed hardwood floors and murals that invite a sense of unity and reflection, creating a space that feels special from the moment you arrive.
Our classes range from flowing practices to Kirtan-led sessions with Shane, and our teachers, including Heather and Nicole, guide each student with care, consistent flow and positive energy. Many of our students tell us they leave feeling more connected to themselves, with lessons that extend well beyond the physical postures.
