About
Gentle guidance, a warm welcome, and a peaceful setting: that's what we offer at Heart and Soul Yoga Petaluma. Our classes welcome every level, from first-time beginners to experienced practitioners, and we never push you beyond what your body needs on a given day.
Susan leads each session with a warm spirit and a knowledgeable hand, blending meditation and yoga into a practice you can truly experience rather than simply a workout. Many classes take place outdoors on our patio, or under a canopy in the winter, with heaters and hot tea to keep you cozy.
We're proud to serve students across Petaluma and Sonoma County who are looking for a yoga home where they feel comfortable from the very first class.
If you'd like to join us, book online through our website.
