About
Reiki with ElizaBeth is a reiki and meditation practice in Los Altos focused on helping clients find deep relaxation, inner peace, and a grounded sense of self. We offer Reiki sessions, Reiki I practitioner training, and weekly guided meditation classes for people across Los Altos and the Peninsula.
Many of our clients find that Reiki feels more restorative than traditional massage, leaving them physically, mentally, and emotionally refreshed. Our training students often continue practicing on themselves daily and share Reiki with friends and family, who find it deeply relaxing.
Our approach is calm, welcoming, and empathetic, and our classes leave participants feeling centered and aligned.
Book through our booking page to reserve a session or class, or give us a call to ask which option suits you best.
