About
Los Altos customers and families across the Peninsula and South Bay turn to 7 Rays Holistic Center for holistic counseling, life coaching and meditation that help them understand themselves and move through difficult seasons. Our approach blends breathing and grounding exercises with coaching, so each session leaves you with practical, actionable tips for everyday life.
Our practitioner Hemla brings a calm, grounding presence and a warm, compassionate style that makes newcomers and longtime visitors feel at ease. We also offer Women's Circle Meditations, healing sessions for mind, body and spirit that many members return to long after the session ends.
Clients work with us on releasing negative beliefs, exploring who they truly are, and using what they learn to grow, whether through color therapy, archetype work or one-on-one coaching.
