About
Oakland residents across Prescott and the East Bay turn to Reiki Master Raymond Self for Reiki treatments and meditation instruction that leave clients feeling calm, renewed and more at ease. Our sessions are gentle and focused on restoring balance to your energy, and many clients tell us they notice better sleep and a lighter mind afterward.
We also offer Reiki attunements, and we teach in a simple, straightforward way so you can build your own practice and understanding with confidence. Clients appreciate that we listen carefully and make ourselves available beyond the session for questions and guidance, all with a warm sense of humor.
Whether you are new to energy work or returning for ongoing support, we meet you where you are.
