About
Oakland residents in Fairview Park and across the East Bay turn to Reboot Float & Cryo Spa for float sessions, cryotherapy, and infrared sauna that help them unwind and recover. Our rooms are kept quiet and clean, and our team is known for attentive, friendly service that makes each visit feel unhurried from arrival to departure.
Many of our guests come to us for a reset after a long week or a hard workout, and we're glad to help with contrast therapy, cold lounge sessions, and recovery sessions alongside our floats. We know a good visit depends on feeling looked after, so we stay flexible with timing and try to go a little beyond what you expect, even when you arrive late or need to change your plans.
Whether you're new to floating or a regular who already knows the difference a session makes, we'd love to help you feel better.
