About
At Raquel Ortega, CMT, we help Dimond and East Bay clients ease stubborn muscle tension and move with less discomfort. We are a massage practice in Oakland offering bodywork for back and shoulder tension, including tension from desk work, posture and sport climbing.
Many of our clients come to us for complex physical conditions, and we also work with the emotional and energetic side of healing. Each session is tailored to your specific needs, with attention to both targeted relief and overall wellness.
We bring a trauma-informed approach, a strong knowledge of anatomy and a gentle, intuitive touch that makes every client feel safe and welcome. Clients across Oakland and the East Bay regularly refer their family and friends to us.
