About
For deep tissue and sports massage in Pleasant Hill, R & R Therapeutic Massage is here to help clients feel better in their bodies. Our work is built on a solid understanding of body mechanics and physiology, so we look past surface tension to find the root of the problem.
We take time to listen, explain what we are doing and why, and share practical advice you can use between sessions. Many of our clients come to us for jaw, neck and postural concerns, and we tailor each session to what their body actually needs.
We also offer nutrition guidance and wellness programs alongside our massage work. We serve clients across Pleasant Hill and the East Bay who want thoughtful, skilled bodywork.
