About
Puzzle Piece Athletics brings patient, individualized fitness coaching for kids and young athletes to Pleasanton and the wider Alameda County area. Our coaches are at the heart of everything we do, and families tell us they stay because of the relationships their kids build with them.
We work at each child's own pace, starting with short sessions and building up as confidence and stamina grow. Our approach is patient yet firm, focused on steady gains in strength and flexibility.
We are especially proud of how welcoming we are to children with special needs, adapting each workout so every child can take part and enjoy it.
Families across Pleasanton and the East Bay can book through our booking page.
