Based in Novato, Pure Barre Novato offers barre, Pilates-inspired and yoga-style classes for adults across Novato and Marin County. Our workouts target the whole body, with a focus on body awareness, alignment and strength, and every class can be modified to suit your needs.
Many of our members come to us for pain management and to rebuild strength, and our instructors know each client's name, limitations and goals so they can help you work safely and get the most from every session.
