About
Oakland families and dog owners in the Mills College area turn to Professor Heel for dog training that builds calm, confident behavior at home and out on the street. We are a dog training business serving Oakland and the surrounding East Bay, working with pet owners who want practical, lasting results with their dogs.
Our focus is on dog training, with a relaxed, patient approach that suits both puppies and adult dogs. Our trainers take time to explain each step, so you understand why your dog is responding the way it is and how to keep progress going between sessions.
We adapt our methods to each dog's personality and to the goals of the people living with them. Whether you are starting with basic manners or working on a specific challenge, we are happy to help you find a plan that fits your schedule and your dog.
