Our vinyasa yoga classes go beyond the poses, pairing mindful movement with reflection so each student can feel how a posture should sit in their body. We take time to truly listen, adapting every session to meet you where you are, whether you're recovering from an injury or looking for more balance in daily life.

Our practice is LGBTQ+ friendly and a safe space for transgender clients, and we welcome both online and in-person appointments for people across Foster City and San Mateo County.
