About
For life coaching for teens and young adults in the Outer Richmond, Life Coach for Teens (16-24) is here to help. We work with teens and young adults ages 16 to 24 on the things that matter most at this stage: building confidence, making career decisions, and navigating school, college and the transitions in between.
Many of our families come to us after more traditional approaches haven't made much headway, and we support young people with neurodivergence, including ADHD, in understanding how it shapes their focus, emotions and daily routines. Our approach is structured but flexible, with an emphasis on practical tools, accountability and real-world experience such as exploring career paths.
We keep sessions a safe, judgment-free space where young people can be honest and build trust at their own pace, and we welcome LGBTQ+ and transgender clients. We offer both online and in-person appointments for families across San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area.
