Powerflow Pilates brings private and small-group Pilates sessions to Sonoma and the wider Sonoma County community. Our studio is cozy, private and filled with natural light, a calm space whether you are new to Pilates or have practiced for decades.
Every session begins with a close look at your individual needs, so we can focus on form, balance and the areas that need the most attention. Our approach is gentle and knowledgeable, and we challenge clients in a positive, supportive way that adapts to their limitations.
Many of our clients have built lasting strength, improved their body composition and found greater mental wellbeing through their time with us. We also offer private classes for groups, such as bachelorette parties, with a reformer-style workout using equipment we bring to you.
