At Playhouse Family and Group Therapy, we help families, children and adults in Los Altos and across Santa Clara County work through difficult moments with greater calm and understanding. We offer individual therapy for adults and children, family and relationship counseling, and EMDR therapy for trauma.
Our approach is warm and empathetic, and we take time to uncover the underlying issues behind what a family is experiencing, then gently work through the dynamics that are making things hard. Many parents who come to us tell us they feel supported from the very start, because we listen closely and make it safe to talk about the things that feel most vulnerable.
Our practice is women-owned, and our team is well run and carefully directed, so every client receives thoughtful, skilled care.
