About
Piedmont Bodywork is a massage therapy practice on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland, serving neighbors across Oakland and the East Bay with focused, therapeutic bodywork. Our work centers on deep tissue and sports massage, along with intraoral massage for jaw tension and TMJ, all tailored to the areas where you're holding the most strain.
Before each session we talk through your problem areas in detail, then use a range of techniques to address them, applying strong, steady pressure that gets to the root of the tension. Many of our clients come to us after years of neck, shoulder, or back pain, and we take real pride in the relief they find, along with better sleep and a return to the activities they love.
Our approach is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, and we adjust every session to what your body needs that day.
Book through our website, and we look forward to helping you move with more ease.
