About
Whether you're looking for support with food, weight, or lasting change, Overeaters Anonymous offers a welcoming community of people who understand the struggle. We are a fellowship of men and women in San Mateo and across the Peninsula who meet regularly to share their experience, strength, and hope.
Our meetings focus on recovery from compulsive eating, and we work through a twelve-step approach at a pace that suits each member. Newcomers are gently guided, and no one is judged, pressured, or asked to follow a rigid diet.
Whether you are just beginning or have been on this path for years, you will find a place here among others who truly get it.
