Based in San Carlos, One Life Counseling Center provides mental health therapy and counseling for individuals, teens and families across San Mateo County. Our therapists work with flexible scheduling, including weekend appointments, so that busy families can get the support they need.
We offer therapy on a sliding scale because we believe no one should be denied mental health care due to financial hardship. Our team is known for caring, personal service and for helping clients feel genuinely supported throughout their journey.
We also bring our services into local schools through our partnership with the San Carlos School District and run a satellite center, Una Vita, that offers weekly mom's groups and other programs for the local Hispanic community. Recognizing that food insecurity adds to emotional strain, we also run a weekly food program to help the families we serve.
