San Carlos and Peninsula residents turn to Kindful Body for compassionate eating disorder treatment that combines psychotherapy and nutrition counseling in one team. Our clinicians are warm, experienced and highly trained, and we bring that same care to every client, whether sessions happen online or in person.
We focus on eating disorders, depression and trauma, with a self-compassion approach that many of our clients find deeply helpful. Our team is led by a founder and executive director with deep expertise in eating disorder care, and we work to make sure each person receives personalized attention from the very first conversation.
We are a women-owned practice, and we welcome clients of all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and transgender clients. Appointments are required, and we're happy to help you find the right fit.
