Looking for Pilates classes in Novato? Novato Pilates offers small-group and private sessions for every level, from first-timers to lifelong practitioners.
Our studio on Marin County's north side has been a fixture for families and athletes across Novato and the North Bay, and many of our members have trained with us for years. Our instructors are skilled, caring and patient, and they take the time to make each new client feel at ease from the very first class.
We offer a range of class levels, along with jump board and tower work, so you can build strength, posture and flexibility at your own pace. Many members come to us after knee pain or other injuries, and our teachers are attentive to what your body needs.
