North Peninsula Veterinary Emergency Clinic

San Mateo and the Peninsula turn to North Peninsula Veterinary Emergency Clinic for round-the-clock emergency care that puts animals' well-being first. Our team has been caring for pets through the night for families across San Mateo and the North Peninsula, and we take pride in catching problems early, sometimes during a routine check of a pet who came in for something else.

Our staff greets every family with kindness and empathy, and we work closely with owners to explain what we find and what our options are at every step. We understand that emergencies bring financial stress, so we aim to keep costs reasonable and to present clear choices so you can make informed decisions.

When a pet is critical, our doctors stay with them and keep families updated, and when the hardest decisions arrive, we give owners all the time they need to gather loved ones and say goodbye. Our hospital's emergency care is thorough and carefully managed, with our veterinarians drawing on training at leading veterinary programs.

Book through our website or call us, and our team will be ready to help your pet as soon as you arrive.
