South Hillsdale Animal Hospital

San Mateo pet owners turn to South Hillsdale Animal Hospital for veterinary care that feels personal and unhurried. Our team treats every patient as if they were our own, getting to know each dog and cat and their individual health needs over the years.

Many of our clients have been with us for a decade or more, and families across San Mateo County and beyond bring their pets to us for everything from routine checkups to care in difficult moments. Our receptionists, technicians and veterinarians take time to gather information before visits, and they are patient with nervous animals, including during blood draws.

We are known for compassionate end-of-life care, giving families all the time they need to say goodbye. We also work hard to accommodate urgent and early-morning requests whenever we can, and our veterinarians take the time to answer your questions thoroughly.

Book online through our booking page or call us to schedule your pet's visit.
