About
Self-defense, fitness, and mental health: that's what we offer at Nor Cal Fighting Alliance Santa Rosa, a martial arts school and boxing gym serving Santa Rosa and Sonoma County. We train students of every age and background, from kids just starting out to adults who are returning to fitness or preparing for MMA competition.
Our instructors are patient and detailed in their teaching, and they take the same care with children as with adults. We welcome people of all walks of life, whether you're athletic, a complete beginner, or somewhere in between, and we work with each student to reach their own goals.
Our facility is kept clean, and our coaching team is knowledgeable and hands-on, so every session is focused and productive. Families across Santa Rosa and the North Bay visit us to build confidence, and many find that training here is as much about their mental well-being as their physical strength.
