About
In the heart of Crestmont, Nate Torra, Massage Therapist offers massage therapy designed around each client's body and goals. We work with people dealing with chronic pain, injuries and stiffness, and we also help active clients build strength, mobility and posture.
Our approach is thoughtful and knowledgeable, grounded in a deep understanding of anatomy and how the body moves. Every session starts by listening closely, so we can identify exactly which muscles need attention and adjust as your body responds.
We take a practical, problem-solving approach, with honest guidance on what to do between visits. Many of our clients have been coming to us for years, and we are proud to serve people across Oakland and the East Bay.
