About
Naked Yoga | SF brings yoga classes to the Mission and the wider San Francisco community. We are a yoga studio serving students across San Francisco, from first-time visitors to longtime practitioners.
Our classes focus on building strength, flexibility and body awareness in a welcoming, unpretentious setting. We keep our approach personal, so every student can move at their own pace and feel supported on the mat.
Whether you are looking to start a regular practice or deepen one you already have, we are glad to meet you where you are.
