About
In the heart of Haight Ashbury, HAUM STUDIOS - HAIGHT ASHBURY offers yoga, meditation and wellness classes for people across San Francisco. Our studio is a serene, welcoming space that feels like a sanctuary right in the city.
Our instructors create a supportive environment, whether you're looking to challenge yourself or simply find some grounding. Our community is authentic and inclusive, and we work to make every visit feel like a true yoga home.
Our classes include Vinyasa and sound bath sessions, and our teachers take time to break down movements and explain the reasoning behind them, so students with physical concerns can practice with confidence. We also offer donation-based classes during the week, so everyone can join.
