Mighty Pilates Lafayette is a Pilates studio in downtown Lafayette focused on strengthening, alignment and mindful movement for people across Contra Costa County. We offer group Pilates classes led by instructors who are knowledgeable, encouraging and skilled at helping every client understand the work, even if equipment looks intimidating at first.
Our bright, clean studio has a friendly, approachable feel, and our classes stay consistent in their core approach while differing by instructor, so there is always something new to explore through the week.
