Hy5 Performance Lab brings competition-focused strength, conditioning and running training to Lafayette and the East Bay. Our programming is built for athletes preparing for events like Hyrox, Spartan and Deka Fit, and we welcome both first-time participants and experienced competitors.
Our coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, and they take the time to teach you the training methods behind every workout. Our facility is well equipped and kept to a high standard, with a sauna and cold plunge to help you recover after your session.
We also run a strong community where members encourage one another, which keeps the energy high in every class. Whether you're training for your next event or starting your fitness journey, we'd love to have you join us.
