San Rafael families and new parents across Marin County turn to METTA MAMA: A Community For New and Expecting Mothers for prenatal and postnatal yoga that supports mothers through pregnancy and the early months of parenthood. Our classes are challenging, strengthening and centering, with gentle stretching and breathwork that leave you feeling grounded, peaceful and energized.
Our teachers are mothers themselves and bring real knowledge of women's bodies before, during and after pregnancy, so every student is met where she is. We welcome moms who are expecting, moms with newborns and moms with older children, including a mom and baby class where you can bring your little one along.
Many of our students come back week after week because we have built a warm, supportive community where mamas are reminded that they deserve to feel good too.
