Berkeley and East Bay residents turn to Melody Wright, LMFT | Somatic Therapist for somatic and relationship counseling that helps clients feel steadier in their bodies and more at ease in their lives. We work with individuals, couples and families, offering therapy for mental health concerns as well as support for relationship challenges and personal growth.
Our approach is rooted in somatic therapy, which pays attention to how stress and emotion show up in the body alongside the thoughts and patterns we talk through together. We are proudly LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safe space, and we are a women-owned, Asian-owned and Black-owned practice.
Sessions are by appointment, and we welcome new clients from across Berkeley and the wider East Bay.
