About
Union City and nearby East Bay families turn to Martial Arts for martial arts instruction that builds discipline, confidence and fitness. We are a martial arts school serving Union City and the surrounding East Bay communities.
Our classes are built around the fundamentals of martial arts, with an emphasis on technique, respect and steady progress. Students of different ages and experience levels train together in a supportive environment that encourages them to keep improving.
Our instructors make sure each student understands the material and feels comfortable asking questions. Our Sam Montgomery class is one of the sessions we offer for those looking for a focused, structured workout.
To get started, book through our website or stop by the school to ask about class schedules and find the right program for you.
