At MAESH Striking Arts, we help San Leandro and the East Bay train in Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing and conditioning, whether you're a complete beginner or a serious competitor. Our classes are led by dedicated, passionate instructors who teach what they love, and our students often say they feel welcomed from their very first session.
