Love Your Nature is a counseling practice in Berkeley, Alameda County focused on helping girls navigate early adolescence. We help girls stay connected to their own thoughts and feelings through creative, age-appropriate activities and honest conversations.
Our groups guide young people to find their own viewpoint, express themselves, maintain good friendships, and work through the challenges of this period of great change. Our approach is artful and playful, and our leaders bring experience and care to every cohort.
Many girls form friendships that last well beyond their time in our groups. Our practice is women-owned and LGBTQ+ owned, and we are proud to work alongside other professionals who support young people across the East Bay.
