About
For yoga classes in Excelsior, Love and Light Yoga and Wellness is here to help you build a steady practice in San Francisco. Our schedule spans vinyasa, power flow and restorative classes, so beginners and experienced students can each find a level that suits them.
Our teachers are attentive and encouraging, offering options to ease in or push further as your body allows. The studio is clean, cozy and intimate, which gives our community a welcoming, relaxed feel.
Many students tell us they come for both energizing flows and deep relaxation, and leave feeling refreshed. We are proud to serve neighbors across Excelsior and the wider San Francisco community with a warm space to move, breathe and connect.
