Strength, stretching, and cardio, all in one class: that's what we offer at LightUp Fitness. Our one-hour workouts blend weights, Pilates, yoga-style mobility, balance, and short bursts of cardio, so every part of the body gets worked in a single session.
Each class is led with a positive, mindful approach that keeps the energy high and helps members start their day feeling good. Our instructor watches your form closely and adjusts it as you go, so you can train with confidence at any level.
