About
Light Touch Energetics is a holistic practice in San Rafael, Marin County, focused on energy therapy and gentle, self-guided healing. We work with clients on physical and emotional concerns, including chronic pain and the stresses that come with difficult life changes.
Our approach is gentle and non-judgmental, and we bring a range of tools, including energy work, frequency-based techniques and healing pads, to support each person's wellbeing. We also teach meditation practices that help ground and clear the mind, giving clients ways to support their own healing between sessions.
Many of our clients have found that sessions leave them feeling lighter and more at ease, and we've supported individuals, families and even their animals over the years. We're happy to work with clients in person in San Rafael and to offer remote sessions for those further away, including across the Marin area and beyond.
