For craniosacral therapy and polarity-based holistic care in San Rafael, Seekpolarity is here to help. Our practice is led by Boris Hediger, a practitioner of Polarity Therapy whose background includes nursing, which gives him a strong grounding in how the body works.

Many of the people who come to us have tried massage, chiropractic, osteopathy or yoga without finding lasting relief, and we often hear that our gentle, hands-on sessions feel grounding and relaxing rather than uncomfortable. We take the time to listen deeply and consider everything you share before we begin, so each session is shaped around you.
