Confidence, self-defense skills, and a great workout: that's what we offer at KravZone. We teach practical self-defense built around situations people could actually face, blending kickboxing, grappling, and jujitsu drills that you practice with a partner from your very first class.
Our coaches are patient, friendly, and encouraging, and they know their craft well, whether they're working with kids as young as six or adults looking for a serious workout. Kids build confidence in a positive, controlled setting, where sparring is carefully supervised and you can see the growth in them week after week.
We also offer parent and child combo classes, so families can train and bond together, and many of our adult students started alongside their kids. Serving families and adults across Sunnyvale and Santa Clara County, we've been a second home to many of our members for years.
