About
KinAesthetics is a movement studio in Santa Rosa focused on restoring movement, strength and pain relief for people across Sonoma County. We offer group classes and individual sessions that blend Pilates, functional movement and hands-on therapy, all designed to help you move with more ease.
Our approach draws on years of study in anatomy, neuromuscular reprogramming and breathwork, so every session builds practical self-care skills you can use long after you leave. Many of our clients come to us for back pain and repetitive strain relief, and we're proud of how much they gain in flexibility and strength.
Our classes are challenging in a fun way, and most people leave feeling stronger and moving better than when they arrived.
