About
Kenpo Go Shin Jitsu School is a martial arts school in Hayward focused on complete, traditional self-defense training. We teach every part of the art, including stand-up striking, ground defense, weapons work, and techniques for handling multiple attackers.
Our instruction is patient and grounded in more than 40 years of hands-on experience. We keep things simple and fair: there are no commercialized contracts and no testing fees.
Our approach follows the old-school spirit of traditional martial arts training, with a focus on real skills and steady progress. We welcome students from Hayward and across the East Bay who want a serious, supportive place to train.
