About
Expert instruction, gentle horses, and a safety-first barn: that's what we offer at Kenilworth Stables. We are a full-service stable in Oakland, serving riders across Alameda County and the East Bay with horse boarding, horseback riding lessons, and horse rental.
Our trainers tailor each lesson to how you learn, from private instruction for adult beginners to programs that build confidence and responsibility in young riders. Our school horses are cared for to a very high standard, and many are retired show jumpers who still love a low jump.
We take safety seriously for riders and horses alike, including how to ride safely in extreme heat and inclement weather. Our facility is kept immaculate, and our staff of trainers and grooms are committed to every rider's progress.
