About
At Kari Marble Yoga, Meditation and Massage, we help expecting and new parents in the Marina and across San Francisco feel steady, supported and well cared for through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. We offer prenatal massage, prenatal and postpartum yoga, meditation, guided breathwork and Reiki, with bodywork that blends massage, craniosacral therapy and Reiki.
Our classes are intuitive, gentle and calm, and many of our clients tell us they came away feeling more confident and empowered about childbirth and motherhood. Our baby and me yoga classes give new mothers a welcome weekly chance to move, rest and connect with other parents.
We bring a deep sense of care to every session, whether you are seeking relief during pregnancy or support in recovering after birth.
