About
At Joybound People & Pets, we help Walnut Creek and Contra Costa County pets and their families with affordable care and adoption, so every animal has a safe and loving home. Our pet services include spay and neuter surgery, microchipping, and adoption events, and we offer dog training and grooming alongside our rescue work.
Many of our community members have told us how much our help means when money is tight, and we take pride in making quality care possible for families who need it most. Our staff are friendly, understanding, and clearly devoted to the animals in their care, and our facility is clean and calm, with plenty of natural light.
Donations from the community fund much of our work, and every gift helps an animal get the surgery, vaccines, or new start it needs.
