Jazzercise

Jazzercise brings fun, dance-based fitness classes to Lafayette and the surrounding East Bay communities. Our programs blend cardio, strength and flexibility work set to upbeat music, so every class feels like a party as much as a workout.

We welcome people of all ages and fitness levels, and our instructors are happy to help you find the right class to start with. Whether you are looking to build endurance, tone up or simply move more and enjoy it, there is a place for you in our community.
