About
Gentle, attentive, and deeply intuitive bodywork: that's what we offer at James Chritton Bodywork. We are a massage therapy practice in Cleveland Heights, Oakland, serving clients across the East Bay.
Our work blends several bodywork disciplines, including Rolfing, yoga, tai chi, and massage, into a treatment plan built around your whole body. Many clients come to us for help with chronic tension, recovery from injury or surgery, and gait and posture concerns.
We begin each session by observing how you move and tailor the work to what your body needs that day. Clients often tell us they feel lighter and freer as the work progresses.
