About
Whether you need relief from lingering back pain or a calmer, more grounded body, Jack Tone LMT (Massage Therapy and Cranial Sacral) offers massage therapy and craniosacral therapy tailored to you. Jack brings a healer's sensitivity and a deep understanding of the body to every session, working with posture, muscle tension and the flow of energy to support your recovery.
Many of our clients come to us after injuries, strain or periods of stress, and we take the time to understand what your body is asking for before we begin. We're proud of how our work helps people slow down, feel more at ease and rebuild trust in their own bodies, one session at a time.
Serving Oakland and clients across Alameda County, we offer a thoughtful, professional space where you can simply show up and let us attend to your needs.
