Kids yoga that builds confidence, calm and joy, and that's what we offer at It's Yoga Kids. We're a yoga studio serving families and educators across San Francisco, with classes and camps held in the Presidio.
Our teacher training in kids yoga is known for being practical and relevant, grounded in years of hands-on experience. Children have fun learning outside, and our sessions help them navigate emotional challenges as well as build strength and flexibility.
We also design one-day, multi-day and full-week camps so families can choose what fits their schedule. For educators, we offer professional development that blends self-care with ideas teachers can use in the classroom right away.
